Please know that we here at Communal take criticism from our potential guests seriously, and we have had our share. It is unfortunate that your initial experience at Communal was not what you had expected. As you may have noticed Communal has a very limited seating capacity and making 'accomidations' for eveyone that wants to eat are nearly impossible. We accept reservations and walk-ins on a first-come first-serve basis and ultimately, some folks might not get to eat when they want.
As for the phone number error, again we apologize but after taking a long hard look at it, we'll pass the blame on to our phone carrier. You may contact Qwest Communications at your convenience.
Lastly, as to the poor treatment by our host, well, poor treatment is unacceptable, especially in the hospitatality industry, of which, we are a part of. A guest's experience or recollection of experience is half of the battle in our business. Every day we strive to improve our technique in the kitchen, as well as the dining room, so that none of our guests leave feeling unfulfilled. With that being said, we understand that we will drop the ball on occasion. It is not a fact we are happy with, but a fact we are happy to engage and conquer until we reach perfection.
In closing, please know you are welcome back any time, we'd love to try again to provide you with a positive experience you'll remember and tell yoour friends about.
My husband and I were there last night and thought almost everything was great except for one of the cook's families was there and made it quite uncomfortable for us to enjoy our dinner. The kids were loud and wandering around the restaurant. The food was fabulous but I think it's unfortunate that they didn't allow us to enjoy our experience.
Audry- We are sorry for the disruption. Without laying down to big a sob story I will say that as of late we have not been able to see our families much and try to take advantage of the opportunities when we can. Again, we apologize and look forward to your next visit being different.
Hey we went there last night. Our "tasting party" was great in taste, but for 3 of us, the $75.00 total was kind of questionable. We had Great Tastes of 5. Thanks but No Thanks. We all said. "Are you full? Did we just eat dinner? I guess we wanted great taste but full tummies too. Just being very very honest. Best of Luck to you.

Awesome reviews, guys. And I echo all of them - I have eaten there now three times and never once have I been disappointed.
Too bad someone had a bad experience. I surely did not. I can't wait to come back.
I loved it. Thanks for the great food.
